      Before the audience members enjoyed "Amani," they got a chance to see the latest work by Smyrna filmmaker G. Lloyd Morris, titled "20 Minutes." The film is about a young black man, fresh out of prison, who phones his older brother in search of a fresh start. His wish is granted, but only if he can get to the house in 20 minutes and avoid the temptations of street life that put him behind bars in the first place.

      2008 graduate G. Lloyd Morris is originally from the City of Angels. Spending his life surrounded by movies, music and the glistening lights of Hollywood, it was only natural that he was attracted to the entertainment industry. G. Lloyd spent the early 90's exploring his love for music. In 2001, the East Coast music scene inspired him to leave Los Angeles. That same year, he enrolled at Wilmington University in the Behavioral Science program

      "20 Minutes"
      After being released from prison for the 'umpteenth' time, Evan Jones has vowed that he is done with the life that has cost him so much of his freedom and piece of mind. Though frustrated with his younger brothers past broken promises, his older brother Miles agrees to let him stay with him.
